Account Access

Logging In to mph365

Getting back into your mph365 account is quick. Whether you are logging in from your phone in Manila, catching a PBA game from Cebu, or just checking your balance from Davao, the process is the same — straightforward and secure.

mph365 gives you two ways to log in: using your username or mobile number with your password, or via a one-time password (OTP) sent directly to your registered Philippine mobile number. Both methods are protected with SSL encryption, and your session is monitored for unusual activity to keep your funds and personal details safe.

1

Enter Your Mobile Number or Username

Use the mobile number you registered with, or your username if you prefer. Make sure you are on the official mph365 site before entering any details.

2

Enter Your Password or Request an OTP

Type in your password to log in directly. If you prefer OTP login, enter your registered mobile number and tap Send OTP. A six-digit code will arrive via SMS within seconds.

3

Verify and Access Your Account

Submit your password or enter the OTP code to verify your identity. Once confirmed, you will land directly on your account dashboard where your balance, game history, and promotions are all accessible.

4

Start Playing or Manage Your Account

From your dashboard, head to the Game Lobby to start playing, check Withdrawal for cashout options, or browse Promotions for current offers available to your account.

If you are logging in from a new device, mph365 may send an additional OTP verification to your registered mobile number. This is a standard security step and is not an error. Always keep your registered number active and accessible.
Trouble logging in? If you cannot access your account, contact mph365 customer support via live chat. Do not create a second account — duplicate accounts violate the Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.

Common Questions

Login – Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common login questions from Filipino players on mph365.

If you cannot remember your password, use the OTP login option instead. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number, request an OTP, and use the code to access your account. Once inside, you can update your password from your account settings. If you still cannot get in, contact mph365 customer support via live chat for further assistance.

OTP delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network signal. If the code does not arrive within a minute, check that your registered number is active and has signal, then request the OTP again. Make sure your inbox is not full. If the problem continues, reach out to mph365 live chat support and have your registered mobile number ready.

For security reasons, mph365 may restrict simultaneous active sessions on the same account from different devices. If a new login is detected on an unrecognised device, an OTP verification will be triggered. Always log out of devices you are no longer using to prevent your session from being shared unintentionally.

Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. This is automatic and is designed to protect your funds. Wait a short period and try again, or use OTP login as an alternative. If your account remains inaccessible, contact mph365 support directly through live chat for help with account recovery.

mph365 uses SSL encryption on all connections, which provides a base level of protection regardless of your network. That said, logging in over public Wi-Fi — such as in malls or cafés — carries additional risk. For best security, use your personal mobile data connection when accessing your account. Always log out before leaving a shared network environment.

Contact mph365 live chat support immediately and report the suspicious activity. If you can still log in, change your password right away and check your transaction history. Do not share any further OTP codes until the situation is resolved. mph365 takes account security seriously and will work with you to investigate and secure your account.
