mph365 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mph365 platform at mph365.vu — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration. If these terms change after you have registered, continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through mph365, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, eBingo, and any promotional offers made available to registered players.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mph365, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from gambling or gaming services by a regulatory authority or self-exclusion programme.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the mph365 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number. Providing false information at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your password with anyone.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notifying mph365 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details up to date so that OTP verification and account communications reach you correctly.

mph365 implements OTP verification and SSL encryption across all account access points. However, account security also depends on actions taken by you. mph365 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4 Deposits

All deposits on mph365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets as deposit methods. Available options are displayed during the deposit process within your account.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These are displayed at the point of transaction.
• mph365 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Attempts to fund your account using these methods will not be processed.
• Deposits are generally credited to your balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact customer support with your transaction reference for assistance.

mph365 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment account registered in your own name. mph365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address.
• OTP verification is required for each withdrawal request as an additional security step.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in your account dashboard. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and the volume of requests at the time.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of the withdrawal request.
• Bonus credits and promotional funds are subject to the wagering conditions stated with each offer before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• mph365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal if there is cause for review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

mph365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso and are subject to the specific terms presented with each offer at the time it is made available.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures, exploit loopholes, or coordinate with other players to game promotional conditions constitutes a violation of these terms.
• Bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• mph365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a player is found to have registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, all associated accounts will be closed and bonus balances forfeited.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on mph365 — whether on live casino games, slots, sports events, or eBingo — are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply:

• Bets can only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus credits in your account. It is not possible to place a bet that exceeds your current balance.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, mph365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Live casino game results are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes, as applicable. Results are final once the game round concludes.
• mph365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to incorrect odds, prices, or game configuration resulting from a technical fault or human error on the platform side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mph365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point of account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other format where player interaction can influence outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, including stolen card details or unauthorised access to another person's banking or e-wallet account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine or international financial regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to mph365 support.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

mph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or is likely to occur.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, mph365 may:

• Freeze the account balance pending investigation.
• Withhold a withdrawal request while a review is in progress.
• Permanently close the account and retain the balance if the investigation confirms a breach of these terms.
• Share relevant account and transaction information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any eligible real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment account, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mph365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network outages.
• Losses incurred during temporary platform downtime required for maintenance or upgrades.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

mph365 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of odds and game data. However, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11 Privacy and Data

mph365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

Your personal information will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communication regarding your account and available promotions. mph365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming
